The AP Polycet exam 2025 is an exam managed by the State Board (SBTET) in Amaravati to select candidates for admission to diploma-level programs at various polytechnic institutions in the state of AP. The exam is open to candidates who are residents of Andhra Pradesh, and there is no limitation for any age for the AP Polycet.
The Polycet AP Notification 2025 exam will be offered in Urdu medium at the Guntur and Nandyal centers only. The results of the exam will be released within 15 days of the examination date. To pass the exam, candidates must score at least 30% of the total marks, or 36 out of 120. This cutoff does not apply to SC/ST applicants. There is no way for the re-evaluation of answer sheets.

The eligibility criteria for the AP Polycet 2025 exam are as follows:
The candidate must have passed the SSC (Class 10th) or equivalent exam from the state board - SBSE in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana with compulsory subject -Mathematics. The applicant must also have scored at least 35% aggregate marks in the succeeding exam. Applicants who have passed the SSC test from a board other than the SBSE in AP/Telangana must have scored at minimum 35% scores in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry individually.Taking admission in BE/Btech is the victorious option for students.
To apply for the AP Polycet 2025 exam, candidates must submit a virtual form through the authorised website (https://appolycet.nic.in/). In the form, applicants will be required to enter their educational, personal, and contact details carefully. Incorrect information may result in the rejection of the application form. Candidates will also need to upload soft copies of their passport-size photograph and signature in the prescribed format. The application form must be submitted along with the required application fee of Rs. 400, which can be paid at an Aponline/Meeseva/payment gateway/net banking/cash helpline center.
The AP Polycet 2025 exam will be conducted in offline (OMR sheet-based) format, with multiple choice questions (objective type). It will be a full of 120 questions, with a duration of 2 hours. Each question will be worth 1 mark, and there will be no negative marking.
The syllabus for the AP Polycet 2025 exam will cover topics from the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects at the Class 10th level.
The AP Polycet Entrance exam 2025 will be administered by the SBTET in Amaravati. This exam is designed to select candidates for entry to diploma-level programs in various government, private, un-aided, aided, and second-phase polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh. To be eligible for the AP Polycet 2025 exam, candidates must be Indian citizens and residents of Andhra Pradesh. They must also have qualified their Class 10th or equivalent examination from the SBSE AP or Telangana with a compulsory subject (Mathematics), and have scored at least 35% marks overall.
There is no limitation for any age for the AP Polycet 2025 exam. The application process for this exam is online, and candidates must submit the form, along with a passport size photograph and signature, and pay the required application fee through the official website. The exam will be an offline, multiple-choice test covering Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the Class 10th level.

Admit cards for the exam will be made available online, and the results will be announced on the website within 15 days of the exam. Candidates who score above the minimum cutoff marks will be eligible for the counseling process, in which they can choose their preferred colleges and courses.
