Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is an undergraduate degree course for students interested in the field of pharmacy. It is one of the most popular job-oriented courses amongst science students. The course equips an individual with the knowledge and skills needed for researching, testing and the dosage of drugs. That is to say that this bachelor’s degree makes one capable of working in the healthcare industry and making their contribution. Moreover, this course is a prerequisite for anyone wanting to become a pharmacist. This degree program consists of 8 semesters spread over a period of 4 years. Firstly, if candidates have cleared 12th boards from a recognized board then they are eligible to apply for this course. But they should have had English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M) and or Biology (P.C.B / P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually. Moreover, the board should have been recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
