Abstract Submission Deadline Last date for submitting abstracts (250–300 words). Late entries will not be considered.

Acceptance Notification Authors will receive official acceptance (oral/poster) via email within one week of abstract submission. Within 7 days of submission
Conference Dates Conference sessions and presentations (oral and poster) will be held. 20th & 21st February 2026
