GHRU offers MSc in Agricultural Extension and Communication, a two-year masters course in the agricultural domain. This course offers a number of extended activities in agricultural exercises and farming education. It enables the students to learn and implement better ways to improve the field of agriculture. Extended and in-depth research to maximise advanced farming methods which will lead to greater rural development is the prime focus.
Students who have graduated with B.Sc.(Agri.)/B.B.A.(Agriculture)/B.Sc.(ABM)/ B.Sc.(BBM) / B.Sc.(Agri. Bio-Tech.)/ B.Tech. (Agril. Engg.)/ B.Sc.(Horti.) / B.Sc.(Forestry)/ B.Tech. (Food Tech.)/B.Sc.(Hons.) B.Sc.(Animal Husbandry) or have a corresponding degree of agriculture-related universities.
This Masters degree course creates a solid base for higher degree programs in respective subjects, e.g.Phil. & PhD.
