The B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering with Specialization in Gaming Technology is designed to blend core computing principles with advanced game development and immersive technologies. The University will issue admission notifications regarding the Raisoni University Common Entrance Test (RUCET) in newspapers, on the University’s website, on the University notice board, and through other publicity media before the commencement of the academic year. This entrance examination is mandatory for admission. However, candidates who have appeared for a government-recognised entrance examination are also eligible, as per University guidelines.
The list of candidates provisionally selected for admission or shortlisted on the basis of merit will be displayed on the University notice board and the University website. Alternatively, students may be informed directly about their admission after the last date of application.
Candidates whose results of the qualifying examinations are awaited may also apply. They will be admitted provisionally. However, such candidates must produce the previous year’s mark sheet and School or College certificates as proof of meeting the required eligibility criteria before the due date, failing which the provisional admission will not be granted. The admitted candidate must present the mark sheet of the qualifying examination within one month from the due date of entry, failing which the provisional admission shall be cancelled.
If a candidate admitted provisionally as mentioned above does not obtain the required marks to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission, the provisional admission granted shall be cancelled.

The programme duration is 4 years (8 semesters) for First Year Engineering. Direct Second Year candidates complete the course in 3 years (6 semesters).
For First Year Engineering, candidates must have passed HSC with Physics and Mathematics along with one additional approved subject and secured minimum required marks. A valid MHT-CET or JEE Main score is required. Diploma holders and other eligible candidates can apply for Direct Second Year admission.
Yes, a valid MHT-CET score is required for Maharashtra State candidates. However, a non-zero positive JEE Main score is also accepted as per admission norms.
