Agriculture Hackathon 2.0 is Madhya Pradesh largest agricultural hackathon conducted by School of Agricultural Sciences, G H Raisoni University, Saikheda the Agriculture development and farmer welfare department, as a part of Agriculture Hackathon 20. Participating college students, start-ups, individuals, farmers, innovationists, and the public.
School of Agricultural Sciences, G H Raisoni University, Saikheda presents Agriculture Hackathon 2.0 intending to seek effective solutions for the major challenges faced in agriculture/farming, the agricultural governance sector, as well as the youth’s participation in agriculture and farming. Major challenges faced by the Madhya Pradesh and Maharastra agricultural sector are identified and presented as problem statements. Higher education students, Start-ups, etc., are given the opportunity to choose these problem statements and work on their effective solutions

Agriculture Hackathon 2.0, a major event organized by the School of Agricultural Sciences, G H Raisoni University, Saikheda has become an icon for agriculture value addition and processing.
The Agriculture Hackathon 2.0 Fest, participating college students, startups, individuals, farmers, innovationists, and public. Main aim of Agriculture Hackathon 2.0 is to seek effective solutions for the major challenges faced in agriculture sector and agricultural governance. Major challenges faced by the Madhya Pradesh and Maharastra agricultural sector are identified and presented as problem statements. Higher education students, startups and public including professional and farmers are given the opportunity to choose among these problem statements and work on their effective solutions. The 2 days The participants include three categories viz., (a) College students (b) Start-ups (c) General public including farmers and professionals. A panel of mentors shall provide the teams with expert opinions, mentoring and guidance.
Participating teams have to register online through Agri Hack portal before 21st March 2023. They have to submit a brief description of their proposed solution along with a power point presentation before 11.59 pm on 21st march 2023. Among the submitted solutions, the jury board will evaluate and shortlist the ones that are up to the par considering the factors including practicality, transparency, and cost- effectiveness of the solutions.
The goal : To be proactive in being the most innovative in agro eco systems development for environmental economic and social holistic impact with new-age, innovations to navigate these focus areas.

The winning innovations will get an exclusive preference for incubation support, pre-seed & seed-stage funding of 5 Lakhs
